What is Couch to 5K?
Couch to 5K is a running plan that is intended for absolute beginners. These types of running plans are meant to help inactive/sedentary people safely start and build up a base of cardio fitness.
Who is it meant for?
These plans are meant for beginners, and there is a wide spectrum of physical ability for the inactive. To meet people where they are, I created different versions of the plan. You know your body best; please do not push too hard and always consult a physician if in doubt.
